"On the other side of this door is my dreamed future and the unexpected from it. Sometimes you work for a personal goal for yeas and at the time to pursue it, things can happened. Unfortunately my father passed on May and after that I had no desire to move forward with anything, but the housing market was too challenging and I could not imagine to pay another year of pricy rent.
